The terms for using Overqualified while it is in private testing, in plain language.
Overqualified is operated by LetsBe Solutions LLC, 221 North Broad Street, Suite 3A, Middletown, DE 19709, United States (“we”). By creating an account or using the app at app.overqualified.ai you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
Overqualified is in private testing, open by invitation only. It is free of charge during the test. Features may change, pause or stop, and they may contain mistakes. We may end the test at any time; we will tell you first, and send you a copy of your data if you ask.
Overqualified does not guarantee interviews, offers, pay or eligibility, and does not guarantee that a job ad is accurate, still open or genuine. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice.
You must be at least 18. Your account is personal: keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Use it only for your own job search.

You keep all rights in what you upload and in the documents the app drafts for you. You allow us to use your content only to run, secure and improve the service for you, as the privacy policy describes. We do not use it to train AI models.
The app, its design, its text and its code belong to us or our licensors. Job ads belong to the employers and sources that published them; we show them so you can judge them, with their origin.
Verdicts, explanations and drafts come partly from AI models and can be wrong. Each verdict quotes the ad so you can check it, and drafts are checked against your own record, but you remain responsible for reviewing every document, answer and statement before you use it or send it.
The test runs on shared AI budgets with limits per person and overall. When a limit is reached, some features pause until it resets. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, our providers or the service at risk; where we can, we will tell you why first.
You can stop using Overqualified and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can close an account under the terms above, or when the test ends. On closing we delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

Each published version is dated and kept. When a change matters, we tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new terms before you use the features it affects.
